Overall, Betsy’s combines quality food, attentive service, and a charming retro ambiance, making it a favored spot for both locals and visitors seeking a classic American diner experience.
Fantastic diner on Main St in Falmouth. Service is always . Seating is booths & tables, always busy year round. Wide variety of food; breakfast all day, sandwiches, burgers, diner meals....huge, generous portions. The menu will please anyone, plus it’s Gluten Free heaven. They can make almost anything GF, with dedicated grills, fryers, etc. The GF pancakes are best I’ve ever tasted, all sausage, bacon etc are GF. Home Fries def worth the extra carbs. Even GF muffins. We call ahead if bringing a large party so they can set up a table ahead of time...otherwise no reservations just walk in.
Gf options... no burger buns ..no separate fryer so if sensitive or allergy, breaded items share fryer. But other options sound good French toast, pancakes. We ordered gf burger bomb ... and plan burger and fries
Awesome diner - our waitress was such a hard working friendly woman. Delicious omelette with toast and potatoes. Good portions and fantastic decor and music. Thank you!
We were so pleased with our breakfast - probably the best we’ve ever had. Amazing diner atmosphere with throw back music and pink & white tile floor. Jukebox too!
Betsy's is our favorite for breakfast when we're anywhere near Falmouth. Love the 50's / 60's decor & vibe. Shout out to the amazing wait-staff, especially D.
Betsy's is a nice 50's style diner with scrumptious hardy portions of typical American style breakfast/lunch dishes. They even have some gluten-free options here, too, which is rare to see in diners. Our waitress was so nice and very attentive. And our meals were promptly made and brought to us. It's always nice to eat in a nostalgic atmosphere and feel as if we stepped back into simpler times.
Imagine getting your breakfast done at a 100 year old restaurant. I don’t know much about the background of this place, who knows may be Kennedy did breakfast here. The place is under staff. Being said that the waitresses are very busy. Usual wait time in morning breakfast time is about 15 minutes. Food is good. I felt like I got what I paid for. Please generous with tips as servers are high school kids. The vibe is very old school. They still have vintage those music box where you can play songs. Overall nice experience! If you are visiting cape cod and driving around, it is a good place to stop by. I tried their Cape cod special omelet which was good. French toast was horrible though. Overall 5 star.
A rescued 1950’s diner with upbeat regulars, fun, friendly waitstaff and great, honest diner food. What’s not to like?!
